Rockfish Gastronomy Campaign

Together with the restaurants in Begur, the restaurant of Hotel Aigua Blava takes part each year in the Rockfish Gastronomy Campaign, and designs its gourmet tasting menu based on this highly appreciated fish from the Costa Brava.
